“What Was the Real Sin in The Garden” On WWW.BlogTalkRadio.com/jesusandwe, Every Thursday Evening @ 7:00pm

Did Adam and Eve eat the wrong apple, and cause death and suffering to be entered into the world for every subsequent soul on this earth, from that time in the Garden of Eden forward until the end of times?

Absurd as this may sound, it is what most Christians are taught from their respective Church systems (Denominations and Faiths). Let’s first look at it from their skewed perspective, then we will learn the truth from our Father’s Word; The Bible.

They (our religious leaders in the Churches, Temples, and Synagogues of today) would have us to believe that Almighty God would be so petty as to punish some twelve billion souls, because two of them were insubordinate in their selection of produce. Yet they don’t teach us why this would so infuriate such a kind, loving, and forgiving God; and kindle His wrath to such a magnitude that He would allow death to enter in for all of mankind.

They can’t answer why God would do that, because there is no answer for what did not happen, their facts are wrong from page one. And if you start out on any quest of any knowledge, whether the knowledge be of everyday issues or the knowledge be of the Divine and perfect plan of Almighty God; you must start out at a sound genesis (beginning) or you can never hope to end at a sound terminus (conclusion).

Let’s not waste valuable study time debunking the half-truths and out and out lies of the deceived. Our time is better spent realizing the truth as it was laid down to us by the inspired Word of Almighty God, through His Spirit; The Holy Spirit, through the pen of the Prophets and Apostles, the scribes, and the Translators, finally into the book that all true Christians count on for the Way and the Truth.

My Christmas Message, Listen in…Should true Christians celebrate Christmas? – www.blogtalkradio.com/jesusandwe

• Much of our practices regarding religion are done in ignorance.
• And many pagan practices have crept in to Christmas.
• I believe we should use Christmas, which most everybody celebrates to some degree today, even unbelievers, to witness what Jesus Christ did on the cross for us, if they believe upon Him.
• In other words, declaring the Reason for the Season.
• We know about the origins of the traditions surrounding Christmas and yes they are wrong.
• But a mass amount of people really do believe in their heart that they are worshiping God through Christ Jesus in honoring Him by celebrating this holiday and when they say Grace over their holiday meal it is to Jehovah that they say it.
• They don’t feel that they are praying to some mythical god.
• Intentions mean everything to Jehovah.
• Jehovah is a “Heart Knower”
• Psalm 44:21 would not God have discovered it, since he knows the secrets of the heart?
• jer 17:10 I the LORD search the heart and examine the mind, to reward a man according to his conduct, according to what his deeds deserve.
• Acts 1:24 24 Then they prayed, “Lord, you know everyone’s heart. Show us which of these two you have chosen
• Heb 4:13 13 Nothing in all creation is hidden from God’s sight. Everything is uncovered and laid bare before the eyes of him to whom we must give account.
• Jehovah is not a legalist
• If Jehovah was a legalist He would be very lonely in Heaven because none of us could ever measure up to what he expects.
• So we Bible literate Christians, who know better regarding some of the corruptions in Christmas, spend the holidays calling other who are ignorant to religious history names such as “heathens” we turn people off.

• We turn people off to any message about Christ and Jehovah.

• In doing this we become an enemy of that which we love – Jehovah God and Christ.

• Hundred of years ago the Catholic church consolidated feasts with the heathens and allowed the to leave in the corruption in our holidays

• And then want to cast them off, those caught in their snare.

• Heathens will worship whomever they will, but I don’t think Biblically-illiterate Americans are really in their hearts worshiping some pagan god or goddess.

• I don’t think so.

• For many people, this is the most religious time of their lives.

• Jehovah hears them when they thank Him over their Christmas meal.

• I believe he hears them and take their intentions of giving honor and thanks well to heart.

• If he is with them as they dine, then why wouldn’t we be?

• And if they are observing pagan rituals and rites, then why don’t we lovingly and with patience teach them the truth in the context of their holiday season, instead of throwing our weight around with our “much knowledge” about the history of pagan feasts and how the corrupt churches have let them slip in.

• I seek to help other into the kingdom of God

Should true Christians celebrate Christmas? Will You become a Stumbling Block? Join me on www.BlogTalkRadio.com/jesusandwe – Every Thursday Evening at 7:00pm

To All:

Regarding the pagan practices that have crept into Christmas. Perhaps some have misunderstood us when we say that it is okay to honor our Lord and Savior in December. We do not advocate heathen practices—God forbid, but much is done in ignorance regarding religion. And we certainly do not partake in anything heathen on those holidays, even though most others do so in ignorance. Our point is that we should use this holiday—which most everybody celebrates to some degree today anyway, even unbelievers—to witness to them what Jesus Christ did on the cross for them should they believe upon Him. In other words, declaring the Reason for the season.

Now we know about the origins of some of the traditions regarding Christmas (Santa Clause); and yes, they are wrong. But the general mass of people really do believe in their heart that they are worshiping God through Christ Jesus in honor by celebrating the holiday, and when they say Grace over their holiday meal it is to God that they say it, not to some mythical god at Christmas. Their intentions are good; and with God intention means everything. Certainly more than the “scholarly genius” of adept Bible students means (“scholarly genius” in that they discern correctly that many of the traditions surrounding the modern day celebration of Christmas are of dubious origin). But God is a “Heart Knower” (1 Chron 28:9, Psm 44:21, Jer 17:10, Acts 1:24, Heb 4:13), not a legalist. If God were a legalist He would be very lonely in Heaven because none of us could ever measure up. Did not even Jesus Christ spare the terrified adulteress? (John 8:1-11).
I just think that when we Bible-literate Christians—who do know better regarding some of the corruptions fused into Christmas—spend the holidays calling others who are ignorant to religious history, ”heathens”, that we turn people off to Christ and God and most certainly to any message about Them that we might have to share. In essence, we become the enemy of that which we love—God and Christ Jesus. And why? Because hundreds of years ago the Catholic church consolidated feasts with the heathen? We” allowed them to leaven-in corruptions into these holidays, but now will we also allow to be cast off those who were caught in their snare? The heathen will worship whomever they will, but do you really think that the majority of Biblically-illiterate America are really in their hearts worshiping some pagan god or goddess? No, they are not; and you know that. For many people, this is the most “religious” time of their lives. Do you think that God does not hear them when they thank Him over their Christmas meal? You know that He hears them and that He takes their intentions of giving honor and thanks well to heart. And if He will be with them as they dine, why wouldn’t we?

And if they aren’t intentionally observing pagan rituals and rites, then why don’t we lovingly and with patience teach them the truth in the context of the holiday seasons instead of haughtily throwing our weight around with our “much knowledge” about the history of pagan feasts and how the corrupt churches have let them slip in? There is much true Christian doctrine related to those holidays, why don’t we draw that to peoples remembrance instead of ”throwing the baby out with the bath water”?

Are we that vain, or do we seek to help gather others into the Kingdom of God. My position on this is Biblical, observe Apostle Paul teach that it is not good to let our knowledge become a stumbling block to others. We should take the time to read the below Bible chapter, for it is written to us who do know better, and how that we ought to have a little mercy on the well-meaning, albeit ignorant, folks. To educate them, and not rebuke them.
Rom 14:1-23
1 Him that is weak in the faith receive ye, but not to doubtful disputations.
2 For one believeth that he may eat all things: another, who is weak, eateth herbs.
3 Let not him that eateth despise him that eateth not; and let not him which eateth not judge him that eateth: for God hath received him.

Thank you,

Acknowledge Christ Alone as Our Righteousness -Listen in – www.blogtalkradio.com/jesusandwe, Every Thursday 7:00pm

“ALL OUR RIGHTEOUSNESSES ARE LIKE FILTHY RAGS”
    Isaiah 64:6

During my Studies and the writing of, HE LIVES, A Living Testimony I came across this article that I see as a profound message for all of us to ponder during this season; as we stop to give Thanks to Jesus Christ. Merry Christmas…

What are “our righteousness’s”? A righteousness is that which perfectly and completely satisfies the demands of God’s law – the fulfillment of “the righteous requirement of the law”(Romans 8:4), “the law of righteousness” (Romans 9:31). It is that which is performed as perfectly and as sinlessly as God Himself would perform it.

What are the “filthy rags” to which our righteousness is compared? They are “menstruous cloths” associated with one of the most extreme forms of ceremonial uncleanness under the Law of Moses (Leviticus 15:19-33; 20:18). They are of such a nature as to be treated with the greatest discretion by the genteel, disposed of immediately, never reused. These “filthy rags” are in our text joined with “an unclean thing,” the leper afflicted with another of the most extreme forms of ceremonial uncleanness (Leviticus 13:45f).III. What does the truth here declared teach us? Everything we do falls short of satisfying the demands of God’s law. “There is none righteous, no, not one. They have together become unprofitable” (Romans 3:10, 12).

    1. Every deed we perform is unrighteous. “For there is not a just man on the earth who does good and does not sin” (Ecclesiastes 7:20). “There is none who does good, no, not one” (Psalm 14:3 /Romans 3:12).

    2. Every word we utter is unrighteous. This is true because, with regard to our Adamic nature, “Their throat is an open tomb; with their tongues they have practiced deceit; the poison of asps is under their lips; whose mouth is full of cursing and bitterness” (Romans 3:13f). How can a word uttered there from be righteous?

    3. Every thought we imagine is unrighteous. “Then the LORD saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every intent of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually”(Genesis 6:5). “[T]he imagination of man’s heart is evil from his youth” (Genesis 8:21).

    4. Every act of worship we render to God is unrighteous. Every aspect of our worship is tainted by our Adamic nature. We never fully repent of our sins. Our faith in Christ is mixed with unbelief. There is a lack of sincerity in observing His ordinances, praying to Him, and singing His praises. We question His providence. We do not fully believe His promises nor appreciate His blessings. There is pride in all that we do publicly, even in preaching His gospel. There is sin in our holiness, and hatred in our love. There is enough sin in our performance of each aspect of worship of God to condemn us to a thousand hells! Paul the apostle spoke for all the saints when he declared, “For I know that in me (that is, in my flesh) nothing good dwells; for to will is present with me, but how to perform what is good I do not find. … O wretched man that I am!” (Romans 7:18-24).And John Newton spoke for all the saints when he wrote, If I pray, or hear, or read, / Sin is mixed with all I do. Furthermore, when we repent of tainting our worship through our unrighteousness, we then find it necessary to repent of even our repentances.

What must be our acceptable response to this truth? 1. We must forsake any hope of self-righteousness. The self-righteous lay upon the table of “freewill” the menstruous cloth of their “salvation through works,” and sew to it the menstruous cloths of their law observance / baptism / Sabbath-keeping / church attendance / tithing / soul-winning /et.al. They then in their self-delusion dare to don their filthy garment upon their leprous bodies and boast of how holy and righteous they are, and of how gloriously they are clothed. Let us not compound our guilt before God by acting so abominably.2. We must flee to Christ for righteousness. Having forsaken any hope of self-righteousness, we must acknowledge Christ alone as our Righteousness (Jeremiah 23:6; 1 Corinthians 1:30f) and receive the imputation of His righteousness through faith alone (Romans 3:21-4:8). We must desire to “be found in Him, not having my own righteousness, which is from the law, but that which is through faith in Christ, the righteousness which is from God by faith” (Philippians 3:9).
